South Eden is one of very few historical estates that are still open to the public. We pride ourselves on having our doors open to locals and travelers, alike, to enjoy the beautiful acreage, upon reservation/appointment only. 

 

Professional photography sessions are permitted on the grounds under certain terms and conditions.

All photo sessions of any capacity must be approved and scheduled in advance.

Photo Sessions of 4 or less people, are $85 on weekdays / $125 on weekends for up to two hours. This gives access to the outside grounds (including the Pool House). All photo sessions must avoid any event occurring the day of their session, if there are any, as well as any active landscaping occurring. You are NOT permitted to touching, picking, watering, OR handling of any crops growing in South Eden's Historical Greenhouse. These are live plants used for our seed to table events and we ask that you help us preserve their fragile life cycle by refraining from the above mentioned. Certain days may require additional staffing fees due to the property being completely closed. Indoor photo sessions are priced according to venue selected and are not included in the Outside Grounds Photography Fee. Please note that dogs are permitted to be apart of Photo Sessions with an additional $50 fee, per dog. They must be on a leash for the duration of their visit and must be picked up after with doggie bags supplied by pet owner. There are NO pets allowed in indoor venue spaces, the Green House, OR the Pool House for photo sessions under any circumstances.

 

Upon inquiring with us, South Eden will send an electronic invoice to be paid online. Refunds are available up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit. There will be NO refunds provided for mid-session inclement weather.
